Can I edit the 'Consent link' text?

When sending a consent form via email, the 'Consent link' variable must be inserted into the body of the email, as this is the link the client follows to grant consent. The text for the consent link reads Review Consent Form when it is inserted:



However, depending on the form you are sending (privacy statement or a therapy agreement etc), you may wish to edit the text that displays in the link. This is quick and easy to do.

After the variable has been inserted into the body of your email, simply move your cursor over the link until you see some options, as shown below:



Click on Edit, and it will open a modal allowing you to edit the text:



Do not edit the information in the URL field. This is how the consent form is accessed and any changes to this field will break the link, meaning it will not work when received by the patient.

Once you have made the change, click on Save and you will see the updated text for the link in the body of your email:
