How do I control price visibility in online booking?
Depending on your circumstances you might want some flexibility about the way price information is displayed in online booking.
This setting is site wide. You cannot vary price visibility by clinician or treatment.
To change price visibility follow the steps below:
Login to the Online Booking Admin Area
Click on Settings in the top menu and then choose layout settings:
Scroll down the page to the Price visibility section:
Choose the price visibility option that you would prefer. The available options are:
Click on Save & Publish
If you are taking pre-payment via online booking we would strongly recommend that you "Show prices throughout the site" so that your clients know exactly what they are going to be charged when they enter their payment details.
